What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address and the details you enter on the order form, and the payment method you choose. Payments are handled by the payment service you pick, such as PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or Bitcoin. We do not store card numbers.
- When you download or register a product with a license key: the time, the last 4 characters of the key, your email, your country and region, and a scrambled form of your IP address, never the full IP address.
- When you contact support or create a support account: the details you send us.
- Cookies: essential cookies needed to run the site and complete orders (session and security). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
To deliver your license key and downloads, provide updates and support, prevent misuse of license keys, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order and license records are kept for as long as needed to provide lifetime updates and support, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Support messages are kept while your request is open and for a reasonable time afterward.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing fulfillment@rwh.bz.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is in Pinellas County, Florida.
