General questions

How much does a key cost?

Each pro plugin and theme key is a one-time $20 payment. It works forever on one domain, and updates are included automatically forever. CPWHM has its own price, shown on cpwhm.com.

How do I get my key?

Order on the Buy page, or on cpwhm.com for CPWHM, and choose how to pay. Your key arrives by email.

I didn’t get my email. What should I do?

Didn’t get your key or another email from us? Check your spam or junk folder first, because AOL often filters our mail there. If it isn’t there, contact support.

What should I know about license keys?

License keys are digitally signed. Keep yours private. For any key question, contact support.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Use the plugin demos at demo.rwh.bz, and click See the Dashboard on any plugin on the Plugins page for a read-only demo login.

Do you give refunds?

All sales are final. Please check the demo page before you buy. The live panel demo login is at https://panel.reliablewebsitehosting.com/login/ (demo login details are on the Demo page). See the License Terms.

How do I install a plugin?

In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.

How do I install a theme?

In WordPress, go to Appearance, Themes, Add New, Upload Theme. Choose the zip file, then Activate.

How do I know my download is genuine?

Download only from rwh.bz or cpwhm.com. Where a checksum (SHA-256) is shown next to a download, you can compare it with the file you received.

Will I get emails about updates?

Updates are free forever for everyone. Auto-updates run silently for the first six months. After that, you can turn auto-updates off in your software. If you do, mailing list subscribers still get an email whenever we release a security patch, so you can choose to update manually. Emails go out only when there is something worth knowing, never as daily reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time and resubscribe whenever you want.

CPWHM control panel

What is it?

Raatt’s CPWHM is a web hosting control panel and web host manager with billing. It covers websites, domains, DNS, mail, databases and free SSL, plus a client area, reseller accounts, a File Manager, a password vault, restore points for client sites, and screen-reader friendly pages. Updates are signed, install automatically and save a restore point before updating. Domain registration and renewals work with your own ResellerClub reseller account. After you buy a domain in CPWHM, a one-click button takes you straight to that domain’s settings.

What do I need?

A fresh server (VPS or dedicated) running Debian 12, Ubuntu 22.04 or Ubuntu 24.04, 64-bit, with nothing else installed. Ubuntu 24.04 is recommended. You need root access, at least 2 CPU cores, 4 GB of memory and 40 GB of disk. CPWHM does not run on shared hosting or on a server that already hosts live sites.

How do I install it?

1. Check the requirements. A fresh server running Debian 12, Ubuntu 22.04 or Ubuntu 24.04, 64-bit (Ubuntu 24.04 is recommended), with nothing else installed on it. You need root access, at least 2 CPU cores, 4 GB of memory and 40 GB of disk, and a full host name, like panel.yourdomain.com, pointed at the server’s IP address. Shared hosting will not work.
2. Download. Enter your license key in the download form on cpwhm.com. Copy the zip file to your server, log in as root, and unzip it in the /root folder.
3. Run the installer. As root, go into the unzipped folder with cd /root/rwh-panel. Run bash install/01-install-hestia.sh panel.yourdomain.com you@yourdomain.com, using your own host name and email. When it finishes, run bash ui/install.sh, then bash install/07-file-manager.sh, then bash updater/install-updater.sh. Each script prints what it did.
4. Log in to the panel. Open https://panel.yourdomain.com:8083 in your browser and log in as admin, with the password the installer showed you and emailed to you. If the page does not open, allow port 8083 in your server’s firewall.
5. Enter your license key. In the panel, open Updates, paste your key into the License key box, and save. That turns on signed updates and support.

Optional extras, such as billing, mail spam and virus filtering, and live chat, are explained in INSTALL.txt inside the download.

How do updates work?

CPWHM checks for signed updates with your license key. It only installs an update when the signature is correct, and it saves a restore point before updating.

Raatt’s Poll Pro

What does it do?

Polls and surveys for any WordPress site, added with a block or a shortcode, with live results. It supports single or multiple choice, text, image or video answers, start and end dates, vote limits, a math check or Google reCAPTCHA, an IP ban list, extra form fields and exporting votes to a spreadsheet file.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Nothing else.

What happens without a key?

It runs as a limited version with one basic poll. A key unlocks everything.

Raatt’s Classified Ads ($20 lifetime) and Classified Ads Pro

What is Raatt’s Classified Ads?

A simple, standalone classified ads section for any WordPress site. Visitors post ads from the front end, with user accounts, favorites, a seller contact form, search by keyword, category and location, and ads that expire automatically. It includes Raatt’s Text Reminder Plugin for text alerts. It needs WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, and no other plugins.

What is Raatt’s Classified Ads Pro?

Six extra features for the free Classified Listing plugin: a grid and list view switcher, mark as sold with a Sold badge, a quick view pop-up, compare listings, a map view, and top and bump-up promotions. It needs WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and Classified Listing 6.1.5 or newer.

How do I install Classified Ads Pro?

Install and activate Classified Listing first. Then upload the Classified Ads Pro zip and activate it. All six features stay locked until a key is entered, and each one can be switched on or off.

Raatt’s Radius Booking SMS Text Appointment Reminder Add-on

What does it do?

It texts customers when they book, when the booking is confirmed, and before the appointment. It never sends the same text twice and has a reminder email fallback.

What do I need?

Radius Booking Pro, the Texty plugin, and a Texty text gateway such as Texty httpSMS Gateway. It sends no texts until a key is entered.

Texty httpSMS Gateway

What does it do?

It adds httpSMS as a text gateway in the Texty plugin, so your site’s texts are sent from your own Android phone and phone number.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 8.0 or newer, the Texty plugin, an httpSMS account and an Android phone with the httpSMS app. After you activate it, set it up in Texty, Settings, httpSMS.

Raatt’s Text Reminder Plugin

What is it?

Text alerts for WordPress sites. It comes included with Raatt’s Classified Ads, and Rock Bands Classified Ads Theme can offer text reminders too.

Raatt’s Voice to Open App Module and Talk to Open App Module

What is the Voice to Open App Module?

It opens the Be My Eyes app hands-free on Android or iPhone. One command opens Be My Eyes and another closes it. The iPhone kit uses Siri and the Shortcuts app. The Android kit uses ntfy and MacroDroid. Each kit has a step-by-step setup guide.

Is it free?

Raatt’s Voice to Open App Module (talk-to-text / Voice to Open App Module) is free for certified blind individuals and $20 for everyone else. Nothing else on this site is free except the voice module under that rule.

Do I need to register it?

Yes, once. After setup, enter your key and email in the Register form on cpwhm.com.

What is the Talk to Open App Module?

It is released to beta testers now. Public release is planned for January 1, 2027.

Themes

What is Raatt’s Theme for Elementor?

A plain, lightweight starter theme with Elementor support built in, with no clutter and no upsells. The zip is about 23 MB. If your upload limit is smaller, ask your web host to raise it, or upload the unzipped folder to wp-content/themes by FTP.

What is Rock Bands Classified Ads Theme?

A bands-for-hire directory. Bands list themselves, and visitors find bands near them with distance sorting and a map. It has booking inquiries, a Live Shows page, a band dashboard and admin moderation. It needs WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.

RWH Support Form

What is it?

A simple support and contact form for WordPress. It saves each message, emails it to you, and blocks spam with a math question, a hidden spam trap and a sending limit. Contact support to ask about it.
